This is one of, if not, the best I have ever had. Yes, @heljoamaral this is as good as the ribs you let me try. I tried their Kokusan Beef Ribs (400g) and A5 Wagyu Brisket. The meats are so tender I was able to cut them with a spoonfork. This is definitely a gem in and well worth it to come here. May give it another try before I leave Japan. Will need to wait for @slice_of_life_bbq schedule though.
