First time visiting 發達叉燒. Pass by it several times on my way to @mortyshk There are always a line 7 days a week. They do close for 1 hour before resuming for dinner service. Several items are for after 1800.
The regular 叉燒 () is on the lean side, for HKD5 you can upgrade it to char siu, which give it the perfect lean and fatty combination.
I cannot say I have found the best 叉燒 in , but 發達叉燒 (aka Fat J Char Siu) is getting close.
